David Hadidian is a master craftsman who made our dull, lifeless stone floors and counter tops sparkle! His methods contained the residue and we were amazed that our things were not covered in dust and did not require a huge cleaning job. David is very meticulous, reliable to the minute, and works like a Trojan all day long. It's rare to see his work ethic these days. He is very knowledgeable and an incredibly nice person. I didn't know anything about stone floor restoration going into this and was leaning toward pulling up everything and starting over. David was amazing! He did things to our floors that I didn't think could be done! I couldn't be more impressed by the life he was able to breathe back into the tired looking travertine that was throughout our new home. David was a rare find here in Florida - a self-employed service person who shows up on time, ready to work and communicates clearly about the job and expectations all the way through. He was meticulous and thorough and I can not recommend his work enough. I only wish I had a before picture to show. but he restored the old, neglected travertine in my new house to its former glory and it looks and feels amazing underfoot. Recently had a home built in a new development and picked out beautiful porcelain tiles for the main living area of the home. After moving in we noticed that many of the tiles had a haze on them which made the tiles look dull and dirty. We tried to clean them ourselves but quickly realized that there was some type of film on the tiles. We contacted the builder and eventually they agreed to allow us to get someone to clean the entire floor and they would reimburse us for the work. We talked to five different companies and eventually chose Bayshore Cleaning to do the work. David was amazing from the quote process through completion of the job. He understood what the problem was and how he could remedy the situation. His knowledge of tile, stone, marble, etc. was impressive and the neat and organized manner in which he worked, made the process far less stressful for us. I would highly recommend you contact David if you need Cleaning or Restoration work done on your tile floors.read more

From the beginning, it has been a pleasure doing business with David. He’s knowledgeable, willing to educate and realistic. In a days time, he brought new life to my 55 year old terrazzo floor! It shines like a new dime and I couldn’t be happier! Sure, it has what I refer to as “age spots” but having multiple layers of flooring laid on it, over the course of half a century, that’s to be expected. Given the science of glue, etc, David worked miracles on my floor!
