We used Bay Shore Cleaning and Restoration to polish and seal our travertine floors. We chose David because of the customer reviews and we were not disappointed. David is professional, shows up on time and the price quoted was the price charged. He also took extra steps to ensure that the cabinets and appliances were well protected throughout the process. We highly recommend him.

I wish i had better to review. Unfortunately, i had a very poor experience. He came by to test out my floor and than squeezed me in for 1/02. i was out of town but had a house sitter. He spent last than an hour on my floor, left the house, and text me saying i cant do the job. no phone call, nothing. just a horrible way to do business. i wasnt charged, but communication is most important these days and that was terrible. Plus side, found another company, did the work in half the time and was very careful with my flooring.

David, you did an amazing job refinishing my travertine floors, sealing them, and restoring the grout lines. I’m beyond happy with the finished result. If you’re considering refinishing your floors David is the one you want doing it. He took the time to explain what was involved from start to finish, came up with a price which is more than fair considering all of the work he did over our five day project. David is professional, personable, very detailed oriented, showed up on time every day, and completed the job when he said he would. My wife and I just can’t get over how great the floors look now! I originally chose David based upon previous positive reviews online. His quote was in my opinion fair and we contracted him to restore our unmaintained travertine floors in our newly purchased home. The results were stellar! David approaches his tasks in a thought out manner that reflects the overall professionalism of his trade. We had our outdoor terrazzo cleaned and repaired after decades of exposure to the elements. The transformation is incredible. The floors are so beautiful. David was very responsive, (returned text messages quickly and updated me daily on his expected arrival and departure times), he was very professional, and he completely cleaned up after himself. We had David resurface, polish and bring our marble floor back to it’s original look. He did an absolute amazing job and we are thrilled with the outcome and look of our marble floor. Amazing work! I was ready to remove my travertine floors, David promised me I would love his work. He succeeded clean, bright, beautiful floors now. He started and finished on time. Communicated with me every day, about procedures, process and kept me a always aware. If your travertine floor looks like Sh*t, David will fix it!
