Recently had a home built in a new development and picked out beautiful porcelain tiles for the main living area of the home. After moving in we noticed that many of the tiles had a haze on them which made the tiles look dull and dirty. We tried to clean them ourselves but quickly realized that there was some type of film on the tiles. We contacted the builder and eventually they agreed to allow us to get someone to clean the entire floor and they would reimburse us for the work. We talked to five different companies and eventually chose Bayshore Cleaning to do the work. David was amazing from the quote process through completion of the job. He understood what the problem was and how he could remedy the situation. His knowledge of tile, stone, marble, etc. was impressive and the neat and organized manner in which he worked, made the process far less stressful for us. It shines like a new dime and I couldn’t be happier!
